MEET THE TEAM
Matt Fetick
Matt, the owner and CEO of The Matt Fetick Team, has over 25 years of experience in multiple fields of service. He began his service as an EMT in West Chester, where he was a President of a local ambulance company in West Chester. He still volunteers his time with that company to teach new EMTs and Paramedics. Matt still helps the community by responding to emergencies several times a month with a paramedic unit in West Chester. Matt also served as a West Chester Policeman for 8 years. Matt’s overall service and commitment to the community still aspires to grow with his HOMES Program helping those who have served with their real estate move.
Deneen Sweeney
Deneen has served the community working at a local hospital in West Chester for numerous years. While she was there, she worked in the medical admissions and registration department helping many patients and their families navigate their time and experience at the hospital. She truly was there to help make their lives easier. During her time at the hospital, she met Matt who inspired her with his commitment back to the community. Deneen has been a part of the HOMES program since 2017 to help all of those who help serve. Deneen is also the proud mother of two sons, one who bravely served with the United States Marine Corps and the other who served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne division. In addition, she has a stepson currently in the Navy.
Courtney Shafer
Courtney has worked with children all over Chester County from newborn to sixteen years old. She has assisted with tutoring, teaching, and helping parents. Courtney is a graduate of West Chester University with a teaching license. She previously taught in the Downingtown Area School District for A Children’s Place until she decided to make the shift to real estate. Courtney also had the opportunity to teach English while living in Rome. She truly understands the importance of educating our youth and the importance of never stopping learning and growing. She is thrilled to be able to help the teacher community with all of their real estate goals.
Anne Hanna
Anne taught Introduction to Business Law at two local colleges for 20 years. She enjoyed discussing various legal topics with her college students, helping them apply the legal theories and principles to their lives. She assigned students to find current events involving specific topics, because students grasped it better when they saw how law applied to the real world. Inspiring students to broaden their interests and expand their minds was a gratifying part of the job.
Matt Dadich
Matt joined the fire service in July 2004 as a Cadet FF and as a 2nd generation FF at the same firehouse his father once ran at. He also served as an Engineer (2 years), Lieutenant (2 years), Captain (2 years), Board of Director for (6 years) and is now a Life Member. All of this before moving across Delaware county in 2019 and joining his new local fire company which he has been serving for about 2 years now.

Over these years, they have learned the importance of helping those in the community during their worst and best time, which is a big part of what has driven him into Real Estate. Matt has always believed in serving and helping people navigate through what could be difficult challenges in the community.
